Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your ticket purchase by sending a cancelation request to nyc2012@ivrpa.org under the following conditions:
Due to financial obligations, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including April 30, 2012.
No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received later than May 1, 2012.
